Umbro Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Umbro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer various options for exchanges and returns, including your legal right of withdrawal.


Exchange Procedure

If you would like to make an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us of your intention to exchange a product via our website, email, or phone.

  2. Carefully repackage the products in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

  3. Let us know the size, color, or item you wish to exchange for.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

  • If the exchange is due to our error or a defective product, Umbro will cover the shipping costs.

  • If the exchange is due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

  • For footwear, the first exchange is free. For any additional exchanges of the same footwear item, the customer will bear the shipping cost.


Defective Product or Order Error Notification

If you receive a defective product or there is an error with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it through our contact channels.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please include the following information in your communication:

  • Name and email of the person who placed the order

  • Date of purchase

  • Products purchased

  • (Optional) Products you would like to receive in exchange

  • If payment was made via PayPal, the email address of the PayPal account holder

Please note: We will reject any package that does not follow this procedure.


Special Conditions for Promotions (Black Week and Christmas)

For items purchased during Black Week (Black Friday) and Christmas campaigns, we extend the return period. You can return these items and receive a full refund until January 15 of the following year.

However, the standard 14 working days return period will still apply for purchases made near January 15 to ensure your minimum legal right.


General Returns (Change of Mind)

If you simply change your mind, you can return your purchase within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund.


Exclusions from Exchanges and Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Swimwear, underwear, and bodysuits, for hygiene reasons

  • Customized or modified products, such as altered or tailored items


General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with original packaging and labeling. Returns will not be accepted if the products show signs of use or if the packaging has been tampered with.

  • The product must include all accessories originally received and typical of the brand.


Return Procedure

To start a return, customers must use the tools provided on our website or send an email to info@umbroiberia.com.

Once the return is notified, you will have 3 calendar days to send the products to the address provided by Umbro.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days after Umbro receives the returned items. The amount refunded will equal the purchase price of the returned products. Initial shipping costs are not refundable.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs and risks are the customer’s responsibility. The products must be returned securely and with sufficient protection to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, Umbro will arrange for pickup at no cost to the customer.


Legal Right of Withdrawal

If you purchased as a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins:

  • On the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods

  • For orders involving multiple goods delivered separately, the period starts from the day you take possession of the last item


How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly and unequivocally notify us via one of the following methods:

You may use the model withdrawal form available on our website, although it is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.


Consequences of Withdrawal

Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will refund all payments received, including the original delivery costs (except any extra costs if you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard option).

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you request otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide proof of return—whichever comes first.


Returning the Goods

You must return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. Return the items to:

The deadline is considered met if the goods are sent back before the period expires. Unless the return is due to an error or defect, you must bear the return shipping costs.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.
